We conduct appraisals for a variety of institutions with regulatory oversight. You can see by our qualifications that we have experience in a variety of property types, and we would be the first to let you know that we do not have adequate experience in a specific type of property. We follow the principles and practices taught by the nation’s most esteemed appraisal group, The Appraisal Institute.

Our appraisals follow the guidelines of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as outlined by the Appraisal Foundation, and in many cases follow the guidelines of the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions as outlined by the Interagency Land Acquisitions Conference. In conducting appraisals for lenders we endeavor to follow the guidelines set forth by the Federal government in Title XI of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 as well as the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines adopted by agencies of the federal government that engage in supervisory matters relating to real estate appraisals and evaluations used to support real estate related financial transactions.
