Brokerage
We represent various types of clientele for investment sales transactions including individual property owners, corporations, and estates.  We have successfully brokered the sale of over $12 million in property.  Recent transactions include the sale of land for a mixed use development and an office development.

Appraisals
Our staff has a variety of experience in the valuation of all property types, with a specialization in commercial uses.  Recent appraisal assignments include vacant land, shopping centers, apartments, proposed subdivisions, offices, hotels, and mixed use projects.  Both Mr. Odom and Mrs. Odom hold the MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute.  Geographically, the firm concentrates in the Carolinas, but also accepts assignments in the southeastern United States.  Significant assignments include an anchored retail center in Myrtle Beach, SC, an office and apartment complex in Columbia, SC, 6,000 acres of timberland Chester and Lancaster Counties, SC, and three apartment complexes in Rock Hill, SC.

Consulting
In addition to our brokerage and appraisal services, we also offer a variety of real estate consulting related services.  Ranging from due diligence to litigation support, the firm has the experience and expertise to provide solutions to most any commercial real estate problem.  We have provided expert witness testimony in numerous court proceedings for bankruptcy, estate planning, right-of-way acquisitions, litigation, and real estate tax assessment cases.  Our staff possesses the ability to assist with corporate real estate decisions regarding strategic planning, acquisition or disposition decisions, and facilities utilization.  Mrs. Odom holds the CRE designation from The Counselors of Real Estate.
